LTT Leathercare have many years experience training delegates from all over the world and working in all aspects of the industry.
Run by the UK’s most qualified and professional instructor these courses are a fantastic opportunity to learn all there is to know about leather care, minor repairs and leather restoration whatever your job entails.
Why do we need training?
Leather upholstery is now a major part of the furniture being sold into the domestic market.
Before the rise in popularity leather classification was relatively straightforward Pigment, Aniline, Nubuck/Suede. Now that the furniture industry is more driven by the fashion industry than practical consideration the range and variety of finishes has exploded with new varieties being introduced every year.
Leather as a product is basically the same item, in most cases what changes is the surface finish it is given to alter the look and feel of it. It is this surface finish that technicians, cleaners and sales personnel alike have to be able to identify and service.
Many businesses have seen the benefits of good informative training. These include Members of the Association of Independent Stores (AIS), Members of the NCCA, Members of the Association of Master Upholsterers (AMU), FIRA, Independent Inspections and many other manufacturing, retail and service groups as well as individual technicians and cleaners.
LTT offer a variety of courses to suite specific areas of the market:
- Courses for Service Technicians, Upholsterers and Cleaners
- Courses for Warehouse Managers, Delivery Staff and Repair Technicians
- Course for Retail Sales staff
Whatever your needs, LTT Leathercare can provide the correct training

Testimonials
Don't just take our word for it! - here's what others have said about our company:
"What Judy doesn't know about the repair, restoration and cleaning of leather isn't worth writing about. Judy has helped me out more than once with answers to technical questions. Her company also provides excellent-quality, good-value chemicals to allow me to complete my job of cleaning leather" RP
“I recently began to do business with Judy, having known of her company for several years prior. Judy's reputation as an industry expert is 100% valid, but what really surprised me was her honesty and loyalty to her client base, something that is rare in business today. Judy is a straight talker and formidable marketeer, but most importantly an asset to the leather restoration industry.” November 17, 2011
