LTT Leathercare may collect store and use the following kinds of personal information:
Information relating to any transaction carried out between you and us on or in relation to this website including information relating to any purchase you make of our goods and services or for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and/or newsletters. Credit/Debit card numbers and details are not kept by LTT Leathercare in any format.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept most major credit and debit cards for online purchases through PayPal. This ensures you can be guaranteed a safe and secure transaction.
You may also pay by cheque although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 3 days from receipt of cheque. All cheques should be made to LTT Leathercare Ltd and sent to Langdale House, 105b Wetherby Road, Harrogate HG2 7SH
DELIVERY
LTT Leathercare aim to dispatch all goods within 2 working days from receipt of payment.
In the event that there is a problem with availability you will be contacted by email to advise you of restocking times.
LTT Leathercare will send an email via the Paypal system confirming dispatch of your order and the method by which it has been sent.
In the majority of cases Royal Mail First Class (or Airmail) will be used to deliver your order unless you have specified other methods in your order. Royal Mail delivery times can vary considerably so please bear with us if weather or other situations beyond our control delays your delivery
LTT Leathercare can only consider claims for lost parcels after 15 working days in the UK and 25 working days for overseas deliveries. Claims must be made in writing toenquiries@LTTsolutions.net giving order details and date.
RETURN/REFUND
If you buy anything from us that you are not totally satisfied with, just notify us within 7 days then return unused and in resalable condition for a full refund.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition, LTT Leathercare must be notified within 7 days. Please return the goods to us for a replacement.
LTT Leathercare reserve the right to charge a restocking or administration fee if appropriate.
TERMS OF USE
